SandBagAnimations needed a portfolio site that could serve both independent clients looking for character work and larger network TV studios evaluating a freelance animator. The brief called for a clean, navigable showcase that balanced personality with professionalism.
The existing web presence was scattered and hard to maintain — this project brought everything under one roof at sandbaganim.biz, later migrated to sandbaganim.art on Netlify.
Solo designer and developer. Responsible for the full pipeline from initial concept through Figma design, HTML/CSS/JS implementation, domain configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Also handled SEO strategy, Google Search Console setup, and iterative mobile responsiveness improvements post-launch.
Create a portfolio that reads immediately as professional to both indie clients and studio HR teams. Establish a maintainable codebase with a desktop-first CSS architecture and clean breakpoints for tablet and mobile. Build in discoverability from the start with correct title tags, meta descriptions, and structured headings across all pages.
